Delete your account

In the app
Open Ova, go to Profile > Account backup and tap Delete my account, then confirm. Your account, your email address and the backup saved in it are deleted from our server straight away. To erase the data on your phone too, choose Delete my account and this phone’s data.
Without the app
Write to contact@infoproduit.io from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your email address, your account and the backup of your app data (cycle, check-ins, symptoms, habits, journal, partner link details). Ending the partner link in the app removes the shared snapshot. Anonymous usage statistics hold no name or email and cannot be linked back to you.
What is kept
Nothing on our side once the account is deleted. Our host’s own backups clear within a short time. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep purchase records as the law requires (tax and accounting).
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
If you never saved an account
Your data lives only on your phone. Delete it in Profile > Delete my data, or delete the app.
