Who we are
Ova is published by Nicolas Erni, Chemin de la Crête 9, 1934 Bruson, Switzerland. Contact: contact@infoproduit.io.
What Ova is
Ova is a wellness and self-care app for women and couples. It helps you follow your cycle, build small habits, and share a little of how you are doing with your partner if you choose to.
By using Ova you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Ova is not
Ova is not a medical product. It does not diagnose, prevent or manage any condition, and it does not replace a doctor, midwife or pharmacist. If you are worried about your health, talk to a professional.
Ova is not contraception. The estimated fertile window and the estimated ovulation day are guesses based on the dates you log. They can be wrong, especially when cycles vary. Never use them to avoid or to plan a pregnancy on their own.
Tips on food, movement, calm and connection are general ideas, not personal medical advice.
Who can use Ova
You must be at least 18 years old. By using Ova you confirm that you are. If we learn that someone under 18 is using the app, we may close the account and delete the data.
Your account and your partner link
You are responsible for keeping your device and any link code private. Only link Ova with a partner who knows about it and agrees.
Saving an account is optional. If you save one, keep access to your email private: anyone who can read your email can log in to your account.
You decide what your partner can see. You can change this, or end the link, at any time in the app. Please use Ova respectfully and never to monitor, pressure or control another person.
Subscriptions
Ova Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through your store account. There are two plans: annual, at 49.99 € per year, and monthly, at 16.99 € per month. The exact price in your currency, taxes included as your store applies them, is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings: on iPhone, Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
There is no free trial. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Your partner uses Ova free of charge, linked to you with your couple code. His access depends on your link and on your subscription.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your store account first.
In the web test version, subscriptions are simulated: nothing is charged and no payment details are collected.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to break it, copy its content, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful to others.
Our content and your content
The app, its design and its written content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use.
What you enter (dates, check-ins, notes) stays yours. We only use it to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We try to keep Ova running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app.
Liability
Ova is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you take based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you use Ova as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before its courts.
